I just wanted to tell
you that a couple of weeks ago I took a test to get into
a school in NYC and I actually got into my first choice,
Stuyvesant High School! The test consisted of two parts:
a verbal part and a math part. My scaled score was 711
out of 800 and usually the cutoff to get into this
school is around 560. I know that I could not have done
so well on the test without taking your classes. Thank
you so much for being my math teacher all those years!
Your RSM classes really paid off for me and still
continue to do so in my Trigonometry/Algebra 2 class
this year.

Before I
started taking classes at the RSM, math class was a huge
challenge for me. Very soon after joining a class, I
could see significant improvement in my understanding of
math concepts. The teachers at the RSM teach us how to
understand, rather than just memorize. They take time to
make sure everybody can follow the class and they
address individual needs of each student. If I hadn't
started taking these classes, I would still be
struggling in my regular math class at school just like
many of my peers are now. I also feel more confident
about future exams and classes I will take. Thank you,
Mr. and Mrs. Madorsky for all the help you have given me
and all the hard work and dedication you put into
teaching us.

First of all,
we would like to thank you and the RSM for your great
work teaching our daughter Sophia Sagandyk, your former
2008-2010 student. As you might remember, we had to move
from Louisville to Washington DC area due to job
relocation.
It's been a
long and busy year for all of us, especially for Sophia.
Luckily we moved to one of the best school districts in
the country. And we were thrilled when Sophia
successfully passed the test for "Gifted and Talented in
Mathematics". Now she is a 5 th grade student studying
the 7 th grade Math. As professional mathematicians
ourselves, we have no doubt that the RSM played the
greatest role in Sophia's achievement.
We are also willing to express our great
appreciation of your work to the RSM headquarters in
Boston. What is the best way to do so? We can contact
them anytime.
Many of our
new friends constantly ask us about the RSM. It's been a

Russian Math
School has helped me accomplish outstanding grades on
the SCAT.Mr. and Mrs. Madorsky have small classes which
really helps the students learn and focus on the

My daughter Masha has been
attending RSM math class since September 2004. This was the first
time that she has accepted any extra-curriculum learning activity

My son, Prov started
attending math classes instructed by Leonid Madorsky about three
months ago. Since then, I have noticed Prov's increased interest and
excitement in learning math. He has become more confident and is way
ahead of his classmates at his regular school Eliahu Academy . I
believe that this program is ideal for not only general knowledge of
math but also exposes the kids to necessary SAT and ACT testing
material early. The classes are also set in a great social

It�s been a few months
since my daughter, Eliza, started your program. My daughter has
struggled with math in middle school and at the same time isn�t
challenged enough. She gets frustrated with homework and has low
self esteem. RSM offered her a personalized program for what she
needed � to learn concepts in mathematics necessary for school and
to prepare for standardized tests, such as the SAT and ACT. This

I am the parent of a
student who has made a tremendous improvement since he started to

I had the
Regional Science Fair. I just wanted to let you know that I won!! I
got 1st place, which is pretty cool. My project was in microbiology,
testing pH Levels of different solutions. During my presentation, a
judge asked me to explain something very specific about the pH scale
and how it is used, which off the top of my head to be honest.. I
didn't know the answer to. I started talking about how it is related
to logarithms, and thought about what we learned about logs in RSM.
I sort of answered to the judges with a guess, and ended up being
right.
I
couldn't have done it with out everything we've learned in your
class.

RSM classes help me focus on
math. We get individual attention because the class is much smaller
than at my regular school. When we have individual attention, we can
learn more.
